PACA&CO. continues to work with BEC on their bi-annual sustainability report, starting from 2017 onwards. Their latest 2019 sustainability report was a 74 page document, it was written in accordance to the GRI Sustainability Reporting Standards and Environmental, Social and Governance Reporting Guide.
The report comprises of BEC’s contribution and impact from their operations and the environmental footprint from their office building in Kowloon Tong.
The report design used photography as the main theme to convey sustainability. By combining
business and commerce in Hong Kong in contrast with environment and nature; This combination helps portray the importance of coexistence. The report contained rich colours and graphics; from illustration, icons and infographics to make facts and figures more easily digestible.
BEAM Plus Existing Schools v1.0 aims to be simple, practical, clear and educational which defines the key sustainability issues in assessing the all-round environmental performance of an existing school, including education, leadership, efficient use of resources, indoor environment, wellbeing and innovations.
A two-book system is developed to facilitate applicants through the certification process.

2. Technical Guidebook
Provide further interpretation of the assessment requirement with calculation examples, document templates and references
